Visual Identity

Mentored by Jennifer Cole Phillips

DescriptionThis project creates a new identity for the Institute of Design. The system uses basic Bauhaus shapes. These shapes overlap and move to create new forms. Tonal shifts add depth to the visual structure.

The design focuses on systems thinking. It shows how different fields connect. This system aims to help careers and businesses. The visual language also serves the community. Evolving shapes represent growth and impact.

Brand Strategy Statement

Design That Moves Beyond Form is expressed through a system rooted in Bauhaus geometry, where foundational shapes transform through overlap, motion, and tonal shifts into dynamic visual structures. The evolving compositions reflect Institute of Design’s emphasis on interdisciplinary systems thinking and purpose driven impact, accelerating careers, transforming businesses, and enhancing communities.
